Most certainly!! We are a family run business who has over 19 years experience in ensuring we deliver not only an unrivalled service but one where you can be sure your precious ones are in safe hands.

How can I be sure you won't let me down?
We pride ourselves on our professionalism and understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. We can imagine your disappointment if a party was ruined and will go to any lengths to make certain that your child's bouncy castle arrives as and when promised. We have back-up vans and drivers available in case of emergencies.

How to avoid the cowboys
We know how important it is for the bouncy castle to turn up. Usually it's the main attraction of the party. What if you went and booked a venue for your child's party and the bouncy castle doesn't turn up. Heres a few tips when considering who to hire from click here.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes we have public liability insurance to the sum of 5 million pounds. We are therefore fully insured to cater for schools and licensed premises. Please note that the hirer is fully responsible for the supervision of the children on the inflatable and the condition the unit is maintained in.

Is delivery included in the price ?
We deliver and collect the castles at no additional charge and always setup and dismantle your choice of inflatable or bouncy castle. A small charge will take place for deliveries outside a 10 mile radius.
How much room is required for a bouncy castle.
If you click on your chosen bouncy castle image on the inflatables page you will find full details regarding the space that is required.

What if I have managed to get a cheaper quote?
At Bounce Busters we believe in the saying 'You get what you pay for". Past experience has shown that cheap prices can mean cheap castles that may not meet safety regulations or even worse, may not be regularly tested or even insured.
What is the maximum age for the childrens castles ?
Firstly, for children’s castles we recommend a 12 foot x 12 foot which is suitable for up to 6-8 children at a time under the age of 13 years old. The adult castle is suitable for all ages.
How long does the inflatable take to set up?
As long as the access to the garden is clear, once we are in it would take approximately 10 - 20 minutes and around 15 - 30 minutes to dismantle dependent on the size of the castle.

Can you put the Bouncy Castle up on any surface?
Flat grassed areas are the most suitable, although flat hard standing is also fine ie driveways and patios as long as there is no gravel, stones or sharp edges. The space required needs to be free from any, chippings, dog droppings, sharp objects, trees, washing lines and plants etc.

Can Bouncy Castles also be used indoors?
Yes, all of our inflatables are able to be used indoors aswell as outdoors. Please ensure that you have adequate room including sufficient height.
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery and collection times are 9.30am-6.30pm
during March-October and 9.30am-6.00pm November-February. If you do wish to hire an inflatable beyond 6.30pm an overnight fee would be applied.

Can we keep the inflatables overnight ?
Yes, although there is an additional cost and we would require the inflatable to be available for collection by 10.30am the following day.

For latenight/overnight hires we will always require a £100.00 cash deposit upon delivery for this which is fully returnable on collection of the castle if the castle is not damaged and is clean. We would also request that the Inflatable is deflated and covered over with one of our covers and the electrical equipment is placed indoors when you have finished with the castle.
How much electricity is used to run a bouncy castle ?
Strange as it may sound but the cost to you for running a bouncy castle is less than £2.00 a day.
Do Bounce Busters provide a cancellation policy?
If it is purely down to rain/strong winds and you notify us before 9am on the day that you no longer wish to hire the inflatable you are then free to cancel the booking at no charge. If for any other reason you decide to cancel your booking a cancellation fee will be required for 50% of the hire charge if the booking is not cancelled in writing 24 hours prior to your delivery time. If you are concerned about the possibility of bad weather then we recommend you book an indoor venue, eg: village hall or community centre.

When do I pay and do I need to sign a hire agreement?
Payment is to be made on delivery please. You will then be asked to sign a hire agreement. However if you are hiring an inflatable for a wedding or you wish to pre pay then payment and paperwork can be completed in advance. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this option.

How will I know when my bouncy castle is booked?
Once you have confirmed that you wish to go ahead with your booking we will send you full confirmation via email with the subject heading 'Bounce Busters Booking Confirmation'. If you have not recieved this email please contact us prior to your event to avoid disappointment.

How do we pay?
Regrettably Bounce Busters now only accepts cash on delivery due to a number of cheques also bouncing!
